Orecchiette with Sausage and Cherry Tomatoes
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sausage in oil, then remove from heat.
  2. Reduce the wine, herbs and tomatoes by 1/2. Season to taste.
  3. Return the sausage to the pan, add the pasta and provolone and toss.
  4. Plate and serve.
